Party Planning FAQs
We understand that projects have varying due dates, so we don’t enforce a standard turnaround time. However, please note that weekend and holidays are not included in our turnaround time calculation. We ask that you place your order at least two weeks in advance.
We consider Monday to Friday as business days. If your order needs to be completed within 5 business days, we kindly request you to contact us before placing the order. Because this will be considered a rush order and additional fees will apply.
For orders that need to be shipped, we prioritize and complete them based on the receive/deliver by date indicated on the order when it is submitted. Proofs are delivered during the week preceding your due date, excluding rush orders placed the same week needed.
Unless is an extreme rush order, you can expect to receive your digital order proofs within 3 business days of your due date. It's important to set the digital file due dates early enough to allow for your printing or production needs as specified.
We offer different shipping options, please make sure to specify that you need your order shipped when placing your order. Also, if you are in the local Atlanta area and would prefer delivery service options please make sure you let us know.
